Ivanhoe Estate: Successful tenderer for redevelopment announced

The first of five major sites being delivered under the $22 billion Communities Plus program, the project will transform the estate into a neighbourhood of 3000 homes including at least 950 social housing units and 128 affordable rental properties. Download the Ivanhoe brochure.

The project will be delivered in states over 10-12 years, with work expected to start in late 2017. The first stage will include 259 new social housing units and is expected to be completed three years after development approval.
